Job Description:
Prospecting:- Responsible for opening a call. Arranging meetings, introducing the brand. Cold calling as and when required.
Pitching:- Introduce different projects after understanding the client’s requirement, arrange site visits, arrange meetings with director/developers. Will have Negotiations when required on all stages of a sale.
Handling client portfolios:- Managing follow ups with different clients. Building rapport during the sale process. Asking for References post sale.
Specific Project Marketing:- responsible for specific project sales and marketing as and when directed by the company.
New Projects:- Arranging meetings of director with new project developers and then understanding and pitching the particular project to clients.
